Accident Compensation Corporation (ACC) in Auckland is seeking a Recovery Coordinator within Integrated Recovery. You will provide one-to-one case management for long-duration and complex claims, build trusted relationships, navigate services, and help clients regain independence and confidence.

The appointing salary is banded and includes a 9% employer superannuation contribution and development opportunities.

Qualifications

Experience managing complex caseloads, customer relationships or portfolios while balancing priorities and achieving positive outcomes.
Exceptional relationship-building skills and the ability to establish trust with diverse clients and stakeholders.
Strong communication skills with the confidence to have meaningful conversations and influence outcomes.
Sound judgement, problem-solving capability and ability to make quality decisions in complex situations.
Resilience, empathy and adaptability when supporting people through challenging circumstances.
A customer-centred mindset and commitment to helping people achieve recovery goals.
Full New Zealand Driver Licence.
You must hold New Zealand work rights at the time of application.
