Elekta AB is seeking an experienced Applications Support professional to provide phone and email assistance for Elekta software, primarily MOSAIQ, with scope to include Monaco and other systems. The role emphasizes timely, customer-focused technical support across on-site and remote environments.

Ideal candidates bring three+ years in oncology IT support, strong communication, and solid PC/network OS skills, plus willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT-related field or nursing, medical physics, or related health/IT area.
• Minimum three years' oncology experience in a hospital or cancercentre setting.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Technical skills in PC/network computing and operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide phone and email support for Elekta software in a timely, professional manner.
• Maintain knowledge of Elekta MOSAIQ, Monaco, and related software products.
• Collaborate with Software teams to resolve customer concerns promptly.
• Troubleshoot software/hardware interface issues, including DICOM, HL7, and network problems.
• Support integration with Microsoft server/workstation OS, Citrix, and cloud solutions.
• Document cases accurately and manage them through resolution.
• Provide on-site Applications Support for Elekta software and oncology solutions.
• Travel to customer sites and conferences as required.
