Job summary

Tourism Holdings Limited (thl) is seeking two enthusiastic Booking Hosts to join our Reservations Contact Centre in South Auckland on a full-time, fixed-term basis from October 2026 through to March 2027. You will be the first contact for customers planning campervan holidays across New Zealand and Australia, helping select vehicles, provide quotes and convert enquiries into bookings.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in customer service, hospitality, sales or contact centre.
• Excellent listening and attention to detail.
• Confident communicating across phone, email and chat.
• Comfortable with multiple systems and technology.
• Motivated by achieving goals and sales targets.
• Passion for travel and tourism.
• Flexible in fast-paced environment.
• Tourism industry experience is advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with campervan bookings across New Zealand and Australia.
• Provide quotes and convert enquiries into bookings.
• Manage customer interactions across phone, email and live chat.
• Build rapport and identify customer needs to recommend options.
• Share product knowledge and travel tips to help customers plan their holiday.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Maintain accurate booking information and customer records.
