Job summary

Tourism Holdings Limited in South Auckland is seeking two Booking Hosts for our Reservations Contact Centre on a full-time, fixed-term basis from October 2026 through to March 2027 to help customers plan their campervan holidays across New Zealand and Australia.

You will provide quotes, convert enquiries into bookings, and manage customer interactions across phone, email and live chat while building rapport and meeting sales targets.

About the Role:

We're gearing up for our busy summer season and are looking for two enthusiastic Booking Hosts to join our Reservations Contact Centre team in South Auckland on a full-time, fixed-term basis from October 2026 through to March 2027.

As a Booking Host, you'll be the first point of contact for customers planning their dream campervan holiday. You'll help customers choose the right vehicle, answer questions about their travel plans, provide quotes, and convert enquiries into bookings across New Zealand and Australia.

This is a fast-paced and rewarding role where you'll combine exceptional customer service with sales skills to create memorable customer experiences.

What You'll Be Doing:

About You:

We're looking for someone who:

• Has at least 1-2 years' experience in a customer service, hospitality, sales or contact centre environment.
• Enjoys helping customers and delivering exceptional service.
• Is confident communicating across phone, email and chat channels.
• Has strong attention to detail and excellent listening skills.
• Is comfortable working with multiple systems and technology.
• Is motivated by achieving goals and sales targets.
• Has a passion for travel, tourism, and creating great customer experiences.
• Can remain positive and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• Tourism industry experience is advantageous but not essential.

Availability Requirements:

Our Reservations Contact Centre operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, supporting customers across multiple countries and time zones.

Successful candidates must be available to work on a roster that may include:

• Weekdays, evenings and weekends.
• Public holidays.
• Shifts commencing anytime between 7:00am and 9:00pm.
• A rotating roster based on business requirements.
• Flexibility is essential during our peak summer season.
