About the Role
As our Onsite Technician, you’ll play a key role in delivering a high‑quality, people‑first technology experience across our Wellington Head Office and wider Wellington region.
Sitting within our Digital Service Experience team, this is a highly visible, hands‑on role where you’ll provide frontline technology support through our Tech Bar and onsite services. You’ll be the go‑to person for day‑to‑day workplace technology needs, ensuring our people are supported, connected and productive.
Working closely with the Service Desk, Digital teams, business stakeholders and external partners, you’ll support everything from new starter setups and meeting room technology through to village go‑lives and office fit‑outs.
About You
You’re a customer‑focused technology support professional who enjoys being hands‑on and visible. You’re comfortable juggling multiple priorities, communicating clearly with a wide range of stakeholders, and resolving issues with a calm, practical approach.
You understand the importance of reliability and service in a care‑focused environment and take pride in delivering a great user experience.
