Job summary

TSA Riley is seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our Auckland team and support the wider NZ business services group. You will manage office operations, procurement, onboarding, and events while liaising with suppliers, staff, and leadership to ensure smooth day-to-day functionality.

Ideal candidates will have proven admin experience in a consultancy, strong MS Office skills, and a proactive, confidential mindset.

Qualifications

  • Experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar consultancy environment.
  • Professional presentation, reliable and positive attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication with stakeholders.
  • Strong time management and multi-tasking abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors, delivering exceptional service.
  • Manage office operations, procurement, and liaising with suppliers.
  • Induct and train new staff on TSA processes.
  • Assist with client and staff events and maintain a tidy office.
  • Support accounts receivable, credit card reconciliations, IT and H&S.
  • Provide ad-hoc admin support to Auckland Leadership Team and MD.

About the Role

We are on the lookout for an experienced Office Manager to join our Auckland team and become part of our wider NZ business services team. The Office Manager will support our Auckland and Tauranga teams and the wider New Zealand business across a variety of duties including but not limited to:

  • Greet and welcome visitors to the office, providing exceptional customer service
  • Manage office operations and procedures including procurement, liaising with suppliers/contractors
  • Organise induction and training of new staff members on all TSA processes and procedures
  • Assistance with organising client and staff functions and team activitiesMaintain a clean, tidy, and professional office environment at all times
  • Assist with accounts receivable, credit card reconciliations, IT, and workplace H&S
  • Provide adhoc administrative support to the Auckland Leadership Team and Managing Director
About You.

You will have proven experience as an administrative assistant or held a similar role in a professional consultancy environment

  • Professional presentation, reliable, confident, and demonstrating positive behaviour at all times
  • A proactive, collaborative mindset and demonstrated capacity to work independently and within a team environment
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a range of internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent time management, organisational and multi-tasking abilities, including working to deadlines- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with visitors, clients, and colleagues
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new software and become a "TSA super user"
  • Ability to understand and maintain confidentiality of sensitive or confidential information
