Job summary

Tribe Group is assisting a respected professional association in New Zealand to recruit a part-time Office Coordinator in Auckland. The role is 30 hours per week, in-office Monday to Friday, 9am–3pm, ideal for someone seeking flexibility around school drop-off and pick-up times.

The successful candidate will manage reception, answer calls, coordinate mail and deliveries, oversee office supplies, and support meetings and events while contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Be the welcoming face of the organisation, managing reception and visitor enquiries.
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to general enquiries professionally and efficiently.
  • Coordinate couriers, mail, deliveries, and general office correspondence.
  • Manage office supplies, stationery, facilities, and general administration.
  • Support meetings, events, conferences, and organisational initiatives.
  • Assist with administrative tasks across the wider team.

About the Opportunity

Our client is a respected professional association representing dentists and dental specialists across New Zealand. Their purpose is to support the dental profession through advocacy, professional development, knowledge sharing, and trusted representation — ultimately helping improve oral health outcomes for communities throughout New Zealand. With a close-knit team of approximately 10 office-based staff (and 20 staff overall), this is an organisation where people are trusted to take ownership, contribute ideas, and work together to achieve meaningful outcomes. We’re looking for a proactive and personable part‑time Office Coordinator to become the heartbeat of a close‑kight professional office.

What You’ll Be Doing
