With a close-knit team of approximately 10 office-based staff (and 20 staff overall), this is an organisation where people are trusted to take ownership, contribute ideas, and work together to achieve meaningful outcomes.

Reporting directly to the Chief Executive, you will provide trusted executive support within a small, professional organisation. This is a varied role requiring someone who can take ownership, manage competing priorities, and proactively support senior leaders and stakeholders.

  • Coordinate Board and committee meetings, including professional minute-taking and follow-up
  • Build trusted relationships with senior leaders, Board members, stakeholders, and external contacts
  • Manage confidential information, records, and documentation with a high level of accuracy and discretion

This is a part-time role working 25-30 hours per week (across 5 days). Some flexibility for occasional evening and weekend work may be required for scheduled meetings and events, along with some nationwide travel too.

What You’ll Bring

  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities
  • A proactive, self-directed approach and the confidence to work autonomously
