Job summary

White Cross Dental Henderson is seeking an experienced Dental Receptionist / Dental Assistant to join a busy practice in Waitakere, North Island. The role combines front-desk reception duties with supportive chair-side assistance as required.

The successful candidate will manage appointments, handle patient inquiries, process payments, and maintain accurate records while upholding infection control standards and teamwork across the practice.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as dental receptionist and/or dental assistant.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, professional and caring manner.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Ability to multitask in a busy practice.
• Good computer and administration skills; comfortable handling patient records.
• Experience with Exact dental software preferred.

We are looking for an experienced and friendly Dental Receptionist / Dental Assistant to join our busy and welcoming dental practice. This is a varied role for someone who is confident managing front-desk reception duties while also being able to provide support as a Dental Assistant when required.

Key responsibilities
