GHA is seeking an Office Administrator/Receptionist for its Rotorua office. You will be the friendly face, handle inquiries by phone and email, and support the wider team with a variety of duties.
Hours are 8:30am–5:00pm, Monday to Friday, with opportunities to learn new skills and contribute to a collaborative, values-driven environment.
GHA is looking for an Office Administrator/Receptionist to be the friendly and welcoming face of our Rotorua office. As the first point of contact for our clients, visitors, and wider community, you will play an important role in creating a positive and professional first impression for all our manuhiri.
This is a full-time position based in our Rotorua office, with fixed hours of 8:30am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday, to align with our standard opening hours.
No two days are the same in this role. You will enjoy a variety of responsibilities, including customer service via phone and email, share registry administration, AML support, meeting room bookings, and coordinating room set-up for both internal and external events. In addition, you will provide support to the wider team as needed, making this an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys learning new skills, taking initiative, and contributing to a collaborative team environment.
