This full‑time role runs 8:30am–5:00pm, Monday to Friday, and covers customer service by phone and email, share registry administration, AML support, meeting room bookings and event room setup, with opportunities to learn and contribute in a collaborative team.

This is a full-time position based in our Rotorua office, with fixed hours of 8:30am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday, to align with our standard opening hours.
No two days are the same in this role. You will enjoy a variety of responsibilities, including customer service via phone and email, share registry administration, AML support, meeting room bookings, and coordinating room set-up for both internal and external events. In addition, you will provide support to the wider team as needed, making this an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys learning new skills, taking initiative, and contributing to a collaborative team environment.
