Exceed® is seeking a dynamic General Manager to lead its New Zealand operations within the Belron NZ family. You will drive growth across a nationwide franchise network, coach owners to elevate performance, and uphold the integrity of the Exceed model.

You will report to the Managing Director - Belron NZ and lead a small team, collaborating with franchise owners, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to achieve shared goals and sustainable profitability.

Formación

• Experience leading SME franchises in NZ or similar markets.
• Proven track record of P&L responsibility and commercial acumen.
• Strong coaching, mentoring and relationship-building skills with owners.
• Collaborative leader able to drive results through non-direct reports.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute a clear strategy to grow the Exceed business across New Zealand.
• Build trusted relationships with franchise owners and support performance improvement.
• Strengthen the value proposition for franchise owners within the Exceed network.
• Maintain high standards and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
• Identify new commercial opportunities to drive revenue and profitability for Exceed and owners.
• Foster supplier partnerships that create value for Exceed and owners.
• Lead and develop the Exceed team and embed a values-driven culture within Belron NZ.
