Job summary

Snowflake is seeking an Engagement Manager to lead Frontier Engineering engagements in New Zealand, spanning Data Transformation and Agentic Transformation. You will be the in-market leader for accounts across both transformations, driving from discovery through production value.

You will partner with NZ account teams and Australia-based Solution Managers to shape, scope, and deliver engagements that translate business problems into measurable ROI and Snowflake consumption.

Qualifications

• Typically a minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 6 years with a Master's degree, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in a Sales and Services Delivery role interfacing with executives on complex technical projects such as cloud data platforms and AI adoption.
• Proven achievement of bookings, utilization, consumption and delivery margin targets.

Responsibilities

• Sell and shape engagements, qualifying opportunities and engaging executive sponsors to identify the business problem worth solving.
• Lead customer discovery and value shaping with NZ accounts to anchor on measurable outcomes.
• Work with commercial teams on pricing, proposals, and SOWs; validate scope and margin before contract.
• Maintain bookings forecast and pipeline for New Zealand accounts with account teams.
• Build services roadmaps and identify white space for multi-phase transformations.
• Collaborate with SI, GSI, and ISV partners for co-delivery and co-sell efforts.
