Job summary

Snowflake is seeking a founder-level Frontier Engineering Engagement Manager in New Zealand to lead in-market engagements across Data Transformation and Agentic Transformation. You will drive end-to-end delivery from scoping to expansion, partnering with NZ account teams and Australia-based specialists to deliver Snowflake-enabled customer outcomes.

This role combines sales influence with delivery leadership.

Qualifications

Minimum years of related experience in sales and services delivery interfacing with executives on complex technical projects.
Proven deal shaping, value proposition development, and closing services deals as part of a sales team.
Strong governance, change management, and project financials (EAC) mastery.

Responsibilities

In-market pursuit leadership as the New Zealand contact for Account Executives.
Lead discovery workshops to align on use-case priorities and measurable value.
Collaborate on commercial strategy, pricing, and SOWs with Solution Architects.
Maintain bookings forecast and pipeline for NZ accounts.
Develop services roadmaps and identify opportunities for expansion.
Partner with SI, GSI, and ISV partners for co-delivery and co-sell.
Own handoff from pursuit to delivery and ensure scope alignment with deliverables.
Manage execution through go-live, mitigation of schedule variance, and close-out.
