Job summary

Frontline Health Auckland & Upper North Island – Drury, North Island invites an experienced Registered Nurse to lead and support our nursing team in delivering patient-centred primary care.

In this permanent 32-hour-per-week role you will drive clinical excellence, empower staff, strengthen systems and collaborate with the wider practice to improve health outcomes for the local community.

Qualifications

• NZ Registered Nurse with APC and current practising credentials.
• Current CPR certification is required.
• General practice leadership or management experience is desirable.

Join a well-established Medical Practice and take a key leadership role in delivering high quality, patient-centred care.

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Registered Nurse to lead and support our nursing team, with a strong focus on clinical excellence, continuous improvement and the ongoing development of primary care services.

You will provide day-to-day clinical leadership, develop and empower the nursing team, and strengthen clinical systems and processes. Working collaboratively with the wider practice team, you will also play an important role in creating a positive, high-performing environment and ensuring our services continue to meet the needs of the local community.

This is a permanent, 32-hour-per-week position, working across four days between Monday and Friday.

Key Responsibilities

Skills and Experience

• New Zealand Registered Nurse with a current APC
• Current CPR Certificate
• General practice nursing management experience (desirable)
• Passion for primary care and primary care nursing
• Proven ability to lead, direct and support nurses
• Clear, calm communicator with a fair and supportive approach
• Experience with Medtech Evolution and MS Office
• Automatic right to work in New Zealand
