Kāinga Ora is seeking a Team Leader for the Maintenance Operations Centre (Northern) to lead a high-performing team in a fast-paced, on-site environment. You will oversee workloads, assign tasks and support the team’s performance while embedding new ways of working.

You will work with contractors and stakeholders to resolve issues quickly, coach staff, and use data to monitor performance and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading high-performing teams in busy environments.
• Ability to plan resources, manage budgets and meet deadlines.
• Strong relationship, communication and influencing skills.
• Experience with cross-team collaboration in a regulated/public sector.
