- Lead Operational Excellence: ensure timely routines, food safety compliance, and production standards for fresh items.
- Drive Visual Merchandising: manage product presentation, displays, promotions, facings, markdowns, and removals.
- Champion Team Development: lead your swarm, train and coach teammates, foster a safe, healthy work environment.
- Proactively resolve issues: escalate process issues to the Function Lead and perform health checks.
