Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Group in Auckland is seeking a Night Shift Maintenance Engineer to keep production running safely and efficiently, minimise downtime, and improve equipment reliability. Qualifications

Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar maintenance engineering role.
Hands-on maintenance professional with strong mechanical engineering skills.

Responsibilities

Provide maintenance support across production machinery to ensure safe and reliable operation.
Deliver preventative maintenance activities as part of the TPM program.
Conduct root cause analysis to identify and prevent recurring equipment issues.
Document maintenance activities using CMMS.
Support the maintenance and reliability of site services.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance.
Maintain compliance with quality, safety and ISO 9001 requirements.
Communicate effectively with production, engineering and operations teams, including shift handovers.
