Job summary

Hotel St Moritz, part of the MGallery Hotel Collection, seeks a Night Front Office professional in Queenstown to manage nightly operations, reporting and guest issues. You will ensure safe, efficient check-ins/outs and suspend calm service throughout the overnight shift.

Responsibilities include supervising night staff, running financial reports, and handling emergencies with trained procedures. A 5-star hospitality background and relevant certifications are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year’s experience in Front Office, 5-star property preferred.
• LCQ and managers certificate preferred but not required.
• Working across 7 day rosters; full driver’s license is implied by front desk duties.

Responsibilities

• Operate Front Office during the night shift and prepare reports per standards.
• Supervise night portering and late guest arrivals with confidentiality.
• Balance procedures, run PMS reports, and back up computer systems.
