You will connect forecasting, operations, and network design, ensuring the right capacity is in the right place at the right time. It is part strategist, part problem solver, part integrator. This is a site-based role, and success comes from building strong relationships across the business and spending time in the operation to understand how plans translate into reality.

You might have worked in a large, complex organisation where no two days look the same; where ambiguity, disruption and shifting priorities are the norm and you know how to stay calm, think clearly and adapt when plans change.
You are naturally curious. You want to understand how things work beyond your immediate remit and how decisions in one area impact another. You do not just produce a forecast, you ask what it means, what could go wrong, and how to make it work better.
