Job summary

NZ Post seeks a Continuous Improvement Manager - Network to lead and coordinate improvement activity across our Customer Service Delivery network, strengthening safety, service performance and cost efficiency. Working at the heart of our operations, you will translate business priorities into meaningful improvement programmes that create lasting value for our people, customers and business.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering large-scale improvement programmes.
• Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma or similar methodologies.
• Ability to influence and engage diverse stakeholder groups.

• Turn strategic priorities into practical delivery programmes.
