Job summary

NZ Post is seeking a Continuous Improvement Specialist - Last Mile to lead initiatives that boost safety, service and efficiency across the delivery network. You will work with operational leaders to identify opportunities, solve problems and embed sustainable improvements that make a lasting impact.

Qualifications

Strong capability in process analysis and optimisation.
Lean, Six Sigma Green Belt or higher; Black Belt preferred.
Excellent relationship building and influencing skills.
Confidence working in fast-paced operational environments.
Ability to balance detail with a strong customer focus.
A proactive, curious and action-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

Leading continuous improvement initiatives across delivery operations.
Analyzing and redesigning processes to improve performance.
Supporting site leaders to solve operational challenges.
Embedding consistent ways of working across multiple locations.
Tracking results and ensuring improvements are sustained.
Coaching teams in structured problem solving and improvement.
