Job summary

NZ Post is seeking a Continuous Improvement Specialist - Last Mile to lead and embed improvement initiatives across our delivery network in Auckland. You will combine data insights with hands-on operational expertise, redesign processes, and support network-wide projects that lift safety, service and efficiency.

The role requires Lean/Six Sigma expertise, strong stakeholder engagement and the ability to drive sustainable changes that improve outcomes for our people, customers and communities.

Qualifications

• Experience in continuous improvement in logistics, delivery, service or operations.
• Strong data-driven problem solving and process redesign mindset.
• Ability to influence across multiple locations and coaching teams in structured problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives across delivery operations.
• Analyse and redesign processes to improve performance.
• Support site leaders to solve operational challenges.
• Embed consistent ways of working across multiple locations.
