Job summary

Arvida Group is seeking a commercially astute senior sales leader to strengthen performance across New Zealand. You will diagnose challenges, coach teams and drive pipeline, forecasting and CRM discipline to deliver exceptional resident experiences.

You will be deployed into priority communities, support open homes and priority conversions, travel nationally as required and partner with Sales Managers to embed Arvida’s sales methodology and customer standards.

Qualifications

• Significant senior sales experience in complex environments.
• Exceptional negotiation, closing, and pipeline discipline.
• Ability to translate market insights into practical actions.

Responsibilities

• Deploy into priority communities to strengthen sales performance.
• Diagnose challenges and improve pipeline movement across sites.
• Coach and support Sales Managers and teams; lead hands-on sales delivery when needed.
• Support open homes, prospect appointments and priority conversions across national rollouts.
