Job summary

Arvida in New Zealand invites you to join as Clinical Manager, a pivotal member of the senior leadership team guiding clinical excellence, risk management and continuous improvement across the care delivery.

This full-time role oversees rosters, recruitment and budgeting, with on-call requirements evenings and weekends. You’ll lead a passionate team to deliver resident-led care that reflects Arvida’s values and looks after residents to live life their way.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with NZ APC and current practicing certificate.
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing a clinical team.
• Passion for aged care aligned with Arvida values.
• Strong leadership, recruitment and staff development skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical excellence and manage clinical risk.
• Plan and run continuous improvement initiatives.
• Oversee clinical team rosters, recruitment and budgeting.
• Support resident-led model of care and quality of care.
• Provide on-call cover during evenings and weekends.
