ISS Facility Services Australia and New Zealand is seeking an experienced National Facility Manager in Auckland to lead the delivery of facilities management services for a major national client account. Responsabilités

• Leading day-to-day delivery of facilities management services across the national portfolio.
• Building and maintaining relationships with senior client stakeholders and site representatives.
• Providing technical facilities management expertise across building services, assets and infrastructure.
• Managing planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance programmes.
• Coordinating service partners, contractors and subcontractors and ensuring service standards.
• Ensuring facilities and building services remain compliant with contractual and client requirements.
• Managing asset information, maintenance records, work orders and facilities documentation.
• Conducting site inspections, audits and compliance reviews.
• Monitoring KPIs, SLAs and operational performance.
• Managing incidents and disruptions through to resolution.
• Supporting capital works and project coordination.
• Identifying opportunities to improve asset reliability and cost efficiency.
• Managing site budgets, POs and variations.
• Supporting asset management plan development.
• Collaborating with Asset Management, HSEQ, Procurement, Finance, People & Culture teams.
