ASSA ABLOY is seeking a National Channel Manager for Locksmiths & PEU to lead the channel across New Zealand. You will drive growth, manage key accounts, and partner with product managers and stakeholders to deliver strong commercial results.

Based onsite in Auckland with regular national travel, you will coach a high-performing team, shape channel strategy, and enable customers access to industry-leading solutions while advancing profitability and market share.

Qualifikationen

• Proven sales channel management experience within the same or a closely related industry.
• Experience leading geographically dispersed sales teams.
• Strong client relationship management and stakeholder engagement capability.
• Sound understanding of sales performance, pricing, margins, forecasting and customer profitability.
• Experience developing and executing successful sales and growth strategies.
• Experience with CRM systems, digital sales tools and technology-enabled sales processes.
• Experience supporting product launches and growth initiatives.
• Strong presentation and training capability.

Aufgaben

• Lead channel performance and help deliver national growth objectives by guiding the Locksmiths & PEU channel across New Zealand.
• Develop and execute channel growth strategies to achieve sales and margin targets.
• Drive sales effectiveness through structured territory planning and customer engagement.
• Manage strategic customer relationships and national key accounts.
• Build capability across the sales team through coaching, development and performance planning.
• Deliver budgeting, forecasting and performance review activities for the channel.
• Support successful product launches through customer engagement, training and sales execution.
• Identify and convert commercial opportunities using market insights, customer trends and channel intelligence.
