Job summary

Crown Financial Services is an Auckland-based financial services and investment group seeking an experienced accountant to manage financial reporting, tax compliance, regulatory reporting, and investment administration across multiple entities.

The role requires analytical capability, regulatory knowledge, and strong data reconciliation skills across MYOB, Xero, and other platforms. You will prepare statements, manage reconciliations, and support investor reporting within a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Preparation of monthly and annual financial statements (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet).
• GST returns preparation and filing in NZ tax framework.
• Experience with multi-entity reporting and investor reporting.
• Ability to reconcile data across multiple systems and platforms.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly and annual financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet).
• Process month-end journals and adjustments.
• Reconcile multi-entity ledgers and bank accounts.
• Prepare GST returns under NZ laws.
• Manage AR and AP including debtor aging and supplier invoices.
• Prepare management reports for senior management.
• Oversee payroll compliance support and loan/investment reporting.
• Support regulatory reporting and CRS/FATCA obligations.
