Job summary

DuluxGroup in Christchurch, Canterbury, NZ is seeking a resilient Customer Services Representative to join a close-knit team. You will act as the key link between dealers, customers, sales, operations and manufacturing, handling enquiries, orders, claims and issue resolution in a fast-paced environment.

You value accuracy, organisation and clear communication. Experience in customer service, sales support or administration helps, and familiarity with Salesforce and Excel is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, sales support or administration will set you up for success.
• Strong communication skills with customers, dealers and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage dealer and customer inquiries across multiple channels.
• Process orders, pricing requests and customer information accurately.
• Coordinate product, shipment and quality claim resolution.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to deliver customer outcomes.
• Maintain accurate records and minimise administration errors.
• Proactively communicate with customers and dealers to build relationships.
• Follow queries through to resolution and escalate issues when required.
