Job summary

B&D Group in Christchurch seeks a customer-focused professional to join the sales support team. You will act as the link between dealers, customers, sales, operations and manufacturing, handling enquiries, orders, claims and issue resolution in a fast-paced environment.

You will provide excellent service, process orders accurately and collaborate with internal teams to achieve optimal customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or sales support is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder management are essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage dealer and customer enquiries across multiple channels
• Process orders, pricing requests and customer information accurately
• Coordinate product, shipment and quality claim resolution
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to deliver customer outcomes
• Maintain accurate records and minimise administration errors
• Proactively communicate with customers and dealers to build strong relationships
• Follow customer queries through to resolution and escalated issues when required
