Job summary

NZ Post is seeking a MOS Specialist to design and evolve the Management Operating System across Customer Service Delivery from East Tamaki. The role sits within the Operational Excellence team and helps embed MOS governance, rhythms and performance frameworks across the network.

You will partner with leaders and Continuous Improvement teams to implement MOS practices, turning strategy into practical, sustainable ways of working that drive accountability and improved outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and implementing operating models or MOS in complex operations.
• Strong systems thinking and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience designing governance structures and performance frameworks.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Design MOS across Customer Service Delivery.
• Develop governance forums, operating rhythms and decision-making frameworks.
• Create practical ways of working that connect teams across the network.
• Partner with leaders to implement and sustain MOS practices.
• Use operational feedback to continuously improve system effectiveness.
• Coach leaders and teams to adopt new operating practices.
