Job summary

NZ Post's MOS Specialist role in East Auckland focuses on designing and evolving the Management Operating System across Customer Service Delivery. You will create operating rhythms, governance forums and performance frameworks that connect Processing, Last Mile and Network operations to enable teams to perform at their best.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and implementing operating models, MOS or similar frameworks.
• Strong systems thinking to design end-to-end workflows across teams.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders from frontline to senior leaders.
• Experience designing governance structures and performance management frameworks.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience in complex operational, logistics or supply chain environments is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Design and evolve the MOS across Customer Service Delivery.
• Develop governance forums, operating rhythms and decision-making frameworks.
• Create and embed practical ways of working that connect teams across the network.
• Partner with leaders to implement MOS practices across operations.
• Use performance insights to continuously improve system effectiveness.
