You will provide high-quality imaging across trauma, inpatients and outpatients, work with multidisciplinary teams and meet CPD requirements. Registration with MRTB and APC are essential; IT systems knowledge and the ability to train staff are valued.

Waikato Hospital is one of the largest tertiary hospitals in the country, and we are seeking an experienced Medical Imaging Technologist to join our friendly, dedicated team. As a successful Medical Imaging Technologist, you will play a key role in imaging patients across different settings within the General Radiology department. After four weeks of training this position will be a 50/50 rotation on the theatre and general roster.Day to day, you will provide comprehensive imaging services in trauma, inpatients and outpatients settings. You will also work in collaboration with other health professionals + multi-disciplinary teams. Reporting into Theatre MIT Unit Charge.
The salary for this position will be based on experience and in line with the Medical Imaging Technologist Collective Agreement. Additional benefits include kiwisaver contributions (if eligible), shift allowances, professional development and wellness support.
