About the Role
The Radiology Service at Te Whatu Ora Waitaha (Canterbury) provides patient-centred care across multiple sites. We are a collaborative, high-performing team delivering a wide range of imaging and interventional services in a busy tertiary hospital environment.This is an exciting 0.9FTE permanent opportunity created by growing demand enabling us to expand our team.
As a Unit Charge MIT youwill be hands'on in supporting staff development, coaching MITs, guiding trainees, coordinating induction, and contributing to performance and competency assessments. As a visible leader on the floor, you'll model best practice, uphold patient'centred care, and contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture.
Your leadership will support our accreditation standards, quality improvement initiatives, and our commitment to equity and Te Tiriti'led care.
