Job summary

Farmers Trading Company Ltd seeks a Merchandise Administrator to join a fast-paced team. You will be highly organised with a passion for merchandise, strong attention to detail and proven administration skills.

You will work closely with the Buyer and Merchandise Manager, coordinating orders, promotions and supplier communications to support category growth and company performance. A hands-on, proactive approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate with suppliers
• Strong computer skills, particularly Excel, and highly organised
• Vibrant, supportive and hands-on attitude with ability to build relationships
• Ability to effectively connect with customers, peers and management

Responsibilities

• Communicate with suppliers effectively and in a timely manner
• Coordinate marketing activity and promotions
• Create, maintain and track orders
• Set up and execute administrative procedures for department
• Work closely with the Buyer and Merchandise Manager on ranges, sourcing, promotions and business execution
