Job summary

The Warehouse is seeking a Buyers Assistant for our Home - Gardening & Auto Hardware team in Auckland. You will support Category Buyers and the Merchandise team to keep products, promotions, and processes running smoothly.

This permanent role is fast-paced and detail-oriented, requiring strong communication, organisational skills, and accuracy as you coordinate data, samples, and advertising within tight timelines.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships and communicate with global suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure information is accurate and delivered on time.
• Maintain product data, pricing and imagery to keep systems and customer-facing information up to date.
• Take ownership of sample management and administration within your category, coordinating product reviews, approvals, photography and advertising requirements within timelines.
• Support promotional planning and advertising administration; act as a key contact for category-related queries from stores.
• Provide administrative and systems support to Category Buyers.
• Collaborate with the wider Merchandise team and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver seamless outcomes.
