Job summary

James Pascoe Group is seeking a Merchandise Administrator for the Beauty category in Auckland, NZ. You will support the buying team by coordinating orders, vendor communications, and promotional activities, contributing to product ranges and business execution.

The ideal candidate is passionate about beauty products, highly organised, and able to analyse data while maintaining strong vendor relationships. A strong admin background and Excel proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of administrative work or related experience.
• Excellent communication and strong attention to detail.
• Strong organisational and analytical skills.
• A proactive, team-oriented approach and can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with local and overseas vendors in a timely manner.
• Coordinate marketing and promotions.
• Create, maintain and track orders.
• Coordinate and maintain samples.
• Collaborate with Buyer and Merchandise Manager on ranges, sourcing and promotions.
