Job summary

Farmers is seeking a Merchandise Administrator to join the Prestige beauty team in Auckland. You will be highly organised, detail-focused and comfortable with admin tasks as you support product ranges, promotions and supplier communications.

Onsite role with a fun, fast-paced environment. You will collaborate with the Buyer and Merchandise Manager to drive categories, improve processes and deliver company performance.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills with suppliers and internal teams.
• Strong organisational habits and attention to detail.
• Experience in merchandise or retail administration is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with suppliers effectively and in a timely manner.
• Co-ordination of marketing activity and promotions.
• Creating, maintaining and tracking orders.
• Set up and execute administrative procedures for department.
• Work closely with the Buyer and Merchandise Manager to build product ranges and plans.
