Fred Recruitment Pte Ltd – Newmarket, North Island
My client is a well-established membership organisation, on the hunt for the right next person to join this small thriving team of professionals. You will primarily be responsible for the running of the engine room of their membership operation. This is a genuinely varied role, part membership, part office admin, part "whatever the week throws at you" and it suits someone who likes a job with a real shape to it across the year.
Você’ll own the membership cycle end to end. That means processing renewals, chasing down the ones who haven’t paid (so you’ll need to be completely at ease on the phone, and a kind friendly voice coaxing the membership along where necessary), reconciling payments in Xero, and keeping records tidy and up to date. Come February through May you’ll be flat out with renewals, then things settle into a steadier rhythm of new applications, resignations, and general member support. Later in the year you’ll help the events team with a major annual awards programme, so there’s a nice change of pace built in.
Alongside membership, you’ll keep the office ticking, reception, mail, supplies, board meeting prep, liaising with the IT company, the odd bit of website maintenance. It's the kind of role where you're juggling three things at once and enjoying it.
What we’re after:
You’ll be joining a hard working dedicated small team, who are immensely proud of what they produce. This role offers a sense of satisfaction, an opportunity to build relationships, and growth for the right person. You’ll be mentored and guided by an industry leader and professional, and work in the most unique of business lines, amongst creatives and professionals passionate and commited to industry excellence.
This is a full-time, in-office role, 9am to 5.30pm, based in Newmarket with parking on site. No remote or hybrid on this one, it’s a role that needs you in the building.
$65k, with growth. Start either now, or in a months’ time for handover, with plenty of time along side the exiting encumbent.
