Job summary

Ceribell is seeking a driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our fast-growing sales team. This role thrives on high-activity outbound outreach, prospecting healthcare stakeholders, and building qualified pipeline for field sales.

You will engage physicians, nurses, and hospital staff, research target accounts, qualify opportunities, schedule meetings, and maintain accurate Salesforce records.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in sales development or clinical-backed outreach, with prospecting and cold-calling experience.
• Passion for MedTech sales and ability to learn quickly in a fast-moving environment.
• Strong communication, resilience to rejection, and goal-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Outbound prospecting to physicians, nurses and hospital stakeholders via high-volume outreach.
• Research target accounts to identify decision-makers and pain points.
• Qualify leads, schedule meetings, and hand off to field sales partners.
• Maintain accurate Salesforce records and collaborate with Sales & Marketing.
• Develop product knowledge to effectively position Ceribell’s value.
