Job summary

The Doctors QuayMed is a General Practice in Central Auckland with clinics in Britomart and the Wynyard Quarter, seeking a part-time front desk receptionist to welcome patients and manage appointments. You will liaise with doctors, nurses and the orthopaedic specialist in a busy clinic.

Excellent communication and data-entry accuracy are essential, with strong time management and teamwork. NZ citizenship/residency or valid NZ work permit is required for applicants.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills – warm, confident, caring and polite.
• Experience in a medical setting preferred.
• High attention to detail including accuracy in data entry.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.

Responsibilities
