Job summary

Re-Generate is seeking a highly skilled Mechatronics/Systems Engineer to bridge mechanical, electrical, and control disciplines. You will work on renewable energy assets including hydro, wind, geothermal, and specialized industrial plants as a design engineer, handling PLC control logic, P&ID design, and high-speed data acquisition.

You will collaborate with mechatronics and electrical engineers, report to the Design Engineering Team Lead, and engage in on-site commissioning in rugged

Qualifications

• BE (Hons) or BSc in Engineering majoring in Mechatronics.
• 2+ years of relevant engineering experience in consultancy, heavy industry, or renewable energy setting.
• Foundational knowledge spanning mechanical, electrical, and control systems.

Responsibilities

• Design control logic for renewable assets, including PLC programming and SCADA integration.
• Develop P&ID diagrams, schematic diagrams, and 3D CAD models.
• Setup high-speed data acquisition and perform vibration analysis to diagnose health.
• Lead on-site testing, troubleshooting and commissioning of control systems in rugged environments.
• Translate surveillance data into actionable technical reports and feasibility assessments.
