Job summary

Vitaco Health is seeking a Systems Accountant to manage and support our ERP system, drive process improvements, and work with stakeholders across the business to ensure accurate financial data management. The role focuses on system training, data integrity, and ongoing enhancements.

You will join a collaborative Finance team and engage with multiple divisions to optimise finance processes and reporting, enabling better decision-making across Australasia.

Qualifications

• Degree in finance and/or accounting.
• At least 5 years of finance or accounting experience, with ERP/BI exposure.

The Opportunity:

As part of the Finance team and reporting to the BusinessProcess Manager, the Systems Accountant will play a critical role in managingand supporting Vitaco’s ERP system while driving process improvements. Thisposition collaborates with other divisions across the organization, makingaccounting and finance experience essential. You’ll work closely withstakeholders to ensure efficient data management, provide training, and supportprojects that enhance business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• MasterData Management:Manageand maintainmaster data in ERPand reporting systems ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.
• Systemand Process Improvements:Collaborate with the Business ProcessManager to identify and implement initiatives that enhance processesacross the business to improve efficiencies. Working with theBusiness Process Manager to be part the team providing the financial dataand finance processes, to support improvements or new initiatives.
• SystemTraining:Develop and deliver training for end-users, equippingthem with the tools to maximize system utility. Maintain and updatetraining documentation.
• SystemsSupport:Bethe go-to expert for finance systems during enhancement projectsandregular business activities. Support process redesign and improvementinitiatives.
• ProcessDocumentation:Maintain detailed documentation of business andfinance processes to ensure knowledge retention and seamless operations.

What we’re looking for:

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

• Adegree in finance and/or accounting
• Aminimum of 5 years of finance or accounting experience, preferably withhands-on ERP and BI tools exposure.
• Demonstratedexpertise in ERP implementation, ideally with Navision ERP or MicrosoftDynamics.
• AdvancedExcel skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Strongtime management, multitasking skills, and the ability to prioritizeprojects effectively.
• Exceptionalcommunication and collaboration skills to work across divisions.
• Aproactive and innovative approach to process improvement.
• Theability to be flexible with working hours as required for systemenhancements, maintenance or support. This is expected to not be onerous.
