Job summary

Vitaco, Australasia's leading health and wellness company, is seeking an experienced Export Logistics Manager in Auckland to lead the Export Logistics team and oversee end-to-end export operations across international markets.

Reporting to the Demand & Supply Planning Manager, you will coordinate documentation, compliance and relationships with freight providers, while developing the team's capability in a fast-paced FMCG environment. Hybrid working arrangements are available.

• 5+ years' experience in export logistics, international trade or supply chain operations.
• Proven people leadership and team development experience.
• Strong understanding of export compliance, documentation and freight processes.

We'relooking for an experienced Export Logistics Manager to lead our ExportLogistics team and oversee the seamless movement of products to customersacross international markets. This is a key leadership role within our SupplyChain function, ensuring export operations remain efficient, compliant andcustomer focused while driving continuous improvement and team capability.

About theRole

Reporting tothe Demand & Supply Planning Manager, you'll lead a team of ExportLogistics Coordinators while managing the end-to-end export logistics processacross a diverse international customer base.

This is ahighly visible role that works closely with Market Managers, Planning,Operations, Warehouse, QA, Finance and external freight partners to ensureproducts are delivered on time, documentation is accurate, and regulatoryrequirements are met.
