Job summary

nib Health Funds Limited in Auckland is seeking a Marketing Automation Specialist to deliver, optimise and report on campaigns across email, SMS, push and web. You’ll translate requirements into data-led automation solutions that create timely member experiences.

You’ll own nib NZ’s marketing automation platform, working with Marketing, Technology, Data and external partners to improve performance, governance and data quality.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building, testing and deploying automated campaigns.
• Working knowledge of SQL and relational data for audience selection.
• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS for templates maintenance.
• Experience with Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, Mobile Studio or similar.
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification or training (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Build, configure, test and deploy campaigns across channels.
• Create and maintain templates, forms, landing pages and flows.
• Define data requirements and build audience selections.
• Own and improve nib NZ’s marketing automation platform.
• Monitor performance and deliver insights and optimisations.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Technology and external partners.
