Job summary

You will work with the Stream Lead, project team and business stakeholders to design processes, document requirements, and support readiness, testing and adoption across the project lifecycle. The role requires cross-functional collaboration and strong communication, with occasional travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience in process improvement or transformation initiatives.
• Experience with SAP/ERP implementations preferred.
• Ability to document requirements and translate needs for cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide SME input across design, build, and deployment.
• Document and validate current-state processes and requirements.
• Support future-state process and solution design for SAP S/4.
• Participate in workshops and design discussions; review changes.
• Assist with issue and risk management within the stream.
• Contribute to testing, including scenario input and defect triage.
• Support change and readiness activities with training inputs.
• Maintain stakeholder relationships and report to the Stream Lead.

Manufacturing Operations Subject Matter Expert (SME)- SAP

Role Summary

Manufacturing Operations SME provides functionalexpertiseand business process knowledge for the ANZ SAP S/4 implementation. Working with the Stream Lead, project team, and business stakeholders, the role supports end-to-end process and system design, documents andvalidatesbusiness requirements, and contributes to readiness, testing, and adoption across the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Manufacturing Operationsdomain SME input across design, build, and deployment.

• Document andvalidatecurrent-state processes and business requirements (including pain points/opportunities).

• Support future-state process and solution design aligned to SAP S/4 and business needs.

• Participate in workshops/design discussions; review andvalidateproposed process/system changes.

• Support issue and risk management within the stream (process, data, solution), including escalation whererequired.

• Contribute to testing (scenario input, execution support, defect triage, outcome validation).

• Support change and readiness activities (process documentation, training inputs, communications, adoption support).

• Maintain strong stakeholder relationships and provide regular updates to the Stream Lead.

• Work in line with Kraft Heinz Food Safety, Environmental, Health and Safety, Ethics, and Human Resources policies and uphold Kraft Heinz values.

Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree.

• Experience in process improvement and/or project, transformation, or system-related initiatives.

• Able to document requirements andprocesses andtranslate business needs into practical solutions with cross-functional stakeholders.

• Experience supporting workshops and delivery activities (e.g., testing, training, implementation).

• Comfortable working in a changing environment with competing priorities.

• SAP/ERP or large-scale system implementation experience isadvantageous.

• StrongManufacturing Operations functional knowledge; effective communicator and collaborator in a matrix environment.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage priorities and timelines.

• Ability to travel on a routine basis.
