Job summary

The Kraft Heinz Company is seeking a Production Planning SME to provide domain expertise for the ANZ SAP S/4 implementation. You will work with the Stream Lead and stakeholders to design, document requirements, and support readiness, testing, and adoption across the lifecycle.

You will document current-state processes, support future-state design, and participate in workshops. Travel on a routine basis is expected as part of stakeholder engagement and project activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience in process improvement or transformation projects.
• Ability to document requirements and translate business needs.
• Experience supporting workshops and delivery activities (testing, training, implementation).
• Comfortable in a changing environment with competing priorities.
• Experience with SAP/ERP or large-scale system implementation is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel routinely.

Responsibilities

• Provide Production Planning SME input across design, build, and deployment.
• Document and validate current-state processes and business requirements (including pain points/opportunities).
• Support future-state process and solution design aligned to SAP S/4 and business needs.
• Participate in workshops/design discussions; review and validate proposed process/system changes.
• Support issue and risk management within the stream (process, data, solution), including escalation where required.
• Contribute to testing (scenario input, execution support, defect triage, outcome validation).
• Support change and readiness activities (process documentation, training inputs, communications, adoption support).
• Maintain strong stakeholder relationships and provide regular updates to the Stream Lead.
• Work in line with Kraft Heinz Food Safety, Environmental, Health and Safety, Ethics, and Human Resources policies and uphold Kraft Heinz values.

Role Summary

The Production Planning SME provides functionalexpertiseand business process knowledge for the ANZ SAP S/4 implementation. • Strong Production Planning functional knowledge; effective communicator and collaborator in a matrix environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage priorities and timelines.
• Ability to travel on a routine basis.
