Job summary

Viridian is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Manager to lead the Christchurch manufacturing site. You will drive day-to-day operations, foster a safety-first, collaborative culture, and empower a high-performing team to deliver on quality, production and customer commitments.

You will coach leaders, manage budgets and P&L, and champion continuous improvement to create safer, smarter, and more efficient workflows across the site.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years' leadership experience within manufacturing, production and logistics.
• A proven ability to build engaged, high-performing teams through coaching and people-first leadership.
• Experience leading continuous improvement initiatives and driving operational excellence.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen, including budget and P&L management.
• Excellent communication, decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• A leadership style that values collaboration, accountability and continuous learning.

• Communicate business goals and performance, helping teams to understand how their work contributes to our shared success.
• Manage production performance, DIFOT targets, budgets and P&L to deliver sustainable business outcomes.
• Build strong relationships across the business to solve problems collaboratively and deliver the best outcomes for our customers.

About the role

We're looking for an experienced Manufacturing Manager to lead our Christchurch manufacturing site.
