Job summary

Viridian is seeking a hands‑on Team Leader for our Christchurch Plant to lead the Double Glaze Department on the morning shift (6.00am–2.30pm, Mon–Fri). You’ll ensure glass processing is safe, efficient and to quality standards, guiding the team to meet targets and resolve issues with a proactive, collaborative approach.
