Job summary

You will engage with academic partners, manage contractual matters, and coordinate multi-department efforts for expansion and new ventures.

The role requires handling regional business across multiple geographic locations, with a preference for candidates fluent in Business Chinese and experienced in cross-border operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor Degree.
• Experience with handling regional business and operations for an entity with multiple geographic locations.
• Multi-functional disciplinary experience in marketing, finance and operation ideal.
• Proficient in Business Chinese ideal.

• Manage the Institute's overseas operations (Central Asia) and business projects.
• Gather overseas market intelligence, plan and execute strategies/ action plans concerning overseas ventures/opportunities in terms of expansion of new developing and existing operations.
• Set and execute directions for overseas campus operations, in line with the objectives set by the Management.
• Handle top-level interaction with partners on academic, contractual activity, and agreement.
• Liaise with representatives from foreign university partners to ensure that standards and contractual obligations are adhered to.
• Plan with departments concerned for coordination of overseas activities.
• Manage the deployment of personnel to overseas locations.
